Inside a YouTube Consultant’s Systems Glow Up: How Jamar Diggs Streamlined His Membership and Tripled His Capacity

THE CHALLENGE: “Trying to figure it out on my own worked for the first few years.”

Jamar has been running his online business empire since 2014. But it never started as a business.  It started off as a side-hustle, something to sustain himself while working corporate, before going full-time in 2020. 

Being a Type-A, systems-focused person, he always believed having systems in place was important. 

“I knew enough to be dangerous. But I also knew enough to know something wasn’t right.”

He’d been able to patch the recurring gaps himself — by outsourcing small pockets of admin work, hiring OBMs, and experimenting with different tools — and hiring experts  to help him with those tools. 

But it still felt fragmented. He’d always assumed hiring a systems expert would mean being forced into tools that didn’t match how he worked. 

“I thought hiring a systems person meant they’d be married to one or two tools — and I’d have to like them too.”

Jamar didn’t want rigidity or have to relearn his business. And he definitely didn’t want another tool pretending to be the one-stop solution. 

That assumption, however, changed when he began running in the same circles as Solutions Integrators’ Ashley. 

THE TURNING POINT: “I didn’t want to hire a co-coach for my membership.” 

The growth of his Youtube membership, Low-lift Club came with its own set of problems as it scaled.

He wanted his members to continue feeling deeply supported, for their deliverables and reviews to be handed on time, and stay involved without burning out. 

But he felt himself being spread thin as his membership grew. 

“I didn’t want to hire a co-coach for my membership. But I also wanted to make sure my members were taken care of.”

As enrollment grew, so did the operational load. Support tasks, reviews, payments, onboarding — it all started pulling him away from the work he actually enjoyed.

“I am realistic enough to know that one tool is not going to solve the problem. One tool can be a freaking beast… but it’s not going to be the full thing.”

He knew the success of his business, in line with the big picture he had for it, relied on three things:

  1. Members being taken care of, which meant higher retention rates. 
  2. Not spending as much time on admin tasks.
  3. Finding the confidence in being able to delegate tasks to an EA. 

At this time, he’d already attended a couple of Ashley’s workshops and purchased her templates — he knew for the big vision he had for his business, Ashley’s Glow Up would be the perfect full-scope service he needed to help him automate some of his tools and processes. 

“One of the things I really liked about Ashley is that I didn’t have to bring anything new. She looks at your entire business ecosystem and your whole operations. I’d never seen that before. I’d never encountered a service provider who was like, ‘I don’t care which tool you’re using.’ You can come to her just as you are.”

THE PROCESS: “My scope got bigger. But Ashley wasn’t fazed.”

SHORT ONBOARDING FORM. 

Jamar’s worries started even before the kickoff meeting. While Ashley’s onboarding form was surprisingly short, the list of goals he wanted to achieve with his new setup kept increasing the scope.

But this is something that’s pretty much shared by every Glowup client. That they feel like they’re asking for too much. 

What Jamar didn’t realize however, is that when Ashley said her Systems Glowup was an unlimited scope done-for-you setup, she really meant it. 

“I didn’t know I had that many tasks going on for my business. But like Ashley says, the Glowup is (truly) a full custom and unlimited systems overhaul. 

It doesn’t matter how bad it is. She knows how to fix it. 

KICKOFF CALL

Every Glowup starts with a 2 hour kickoff call. Going deep into the goals so that your system is focused on how you want your business to run, not how it should run on paper. 

Jamar didn’t come in polished for the call. 

“I literally just talked about all the stuff I didn’t like. All the gaps. All the holes.”

On the kickoff call, Ashley walked through everything with him — calmly, methodically, without overwhelm. 

“She was like, ‘Yeah, that makes sense. We can fix that.’”

As she mapped the work, something shifted, with all the things he’d been wanting to fix for years — now set to be created, updated, and automated in the next three weeks. 

DONE FOR YOU EXECUTION WITH 33 DELIVERABLES

Ashley jumped into his tools immediately, with the whole thing being pretty hands off for Jamar and updates sent at the end of every day and every week.

Over the course of the three weeks, Ashley executed 33 deliverables, including automations and processes for his:

  • MEMBERSHIP SYSTEMS

With his Youtube membership growing, he wanted to provide the premium membership experience. Still personalised, but with certain tasks and SOPs automated in a way that would allow him to prioritize tasks that did require his direct involvement. 

  1. Unnecessary admin, especially involving payments, subscription cancellations, and payment failures, were automated.
  2. A new and improved membership onboarding, offboarding, and management process. 
  3. Monthly nudges for members to complete reviews. 
  4. A winback sequence that runs 3-6 months
  5. A new hub to overlook his membership metrics (enrollment vs churn, people vs revenue, ARR).

  • CONTENT HUB

Previously, Jamar had been going into Convertkit and manually writing every email. But that also meant he had no way to properly revisit or repurpose them. 

With his new centralized content hub built out in Airtable, Jamar had a place where could:

  • Have repeatable processes mapped out for his signature challenge (a lead magnet).
  • Generate VA-related tasks at the click of a button.
  • Track conversion rate from participants of the challenge and tag subscribers correctly.
  • Other tasks customized to his emails, content, and future launches.

  • WORKFLOWS FOR HIS 1:1 CONSULTANCY

    Now that Jamar was working with bigger clients, he wanted a more defined and repeatable process for managing and welcoming those clients. Ashley set out to:

    • Rebrand and redo his consulting proposal in Dubsado
    • Setup a fresh welcome workflow for new clients
    • A refreshed client experience — setup inside of Airtable — so that clients could submit things for him to review, leave comments, and send over deliverables & call replays from a single interface.

    • Hubs: Sales Hub + Revenue Manager hub.

    While he did have a sales hub in Airtable, he wasn’t using it. 

    The new one Ashley created is helping him forecast sales, see how much he was making, which offers were making him the most money — at a glance — without needing him to dig into all that data. 

    • New Executive Assistant (EA) setup.

    While Jamar had previously hired an EA, he was still new to delegation. What he knew he wanted was a right hand because he’d been doing everything by himself. Working with Ashley was his opportunity to figure that out, especially with his growing membership and a consulting contract he’d just signed on. But he didn’t want to be hand-holding during this busy time.  

    Ashley helped him set up SOPs for his new EA, and help him confidently delegate those tasks to her. 

    “It’s not just building systems for me. It’s building systems so my team feels empowered to do their job.”

    • Affiliate and Ambassador program

    While he’d already had a way to manage his affiliates, he wanted his affiliate marketing system to feel a lot more premium. Ashley was able to:

    • Setup a premium affiliate group experience in Circle.
    • Airtable tracking to manage relationships, payouts, and rewards. 
    • Push updates for their onboarding and swipe copy. 

    TESTED DURING A BUSY LAUNCH SEASON. 

    What felt like the worst possible timing became a huge bonus. At first, Jamar was worried that he’d scheduled his Systems Glowup at the wrong time, given that he was about to enter a busy launch period for his membership. 

    But Ashley reassured him, saying it’d be the perfect testing ground for the new processes, automations, and updates that she’d create. And as expected, Jamar was able to adapt perfectly. 

    “She supported me through the launch, which was a great bonus.” 

    As new members joined, Ashley adjusted workflows live — fine-tuning the buyer experience based on real usage and also on Jamar’s feedback.

    THE RESULTS: “If I wanted to, I can triple my capacity with these new systems.”

    With his new systems in place, Jamar has been able to grow his capacity, revenue, and profitability  — without having to do tasks that had been taking up so much of his brainspace all these years. 

    “It felt like a weight was taken off my shoulders because I had been carrying around all of the stuff I knew wasn’t up to my standard in my business. I just didn’t know how to or have the time to do it.”

    If I really wanted to, I could double, if not triple my capacity with these new systems. Which leaves me room to do more intensives than I previously could.”

    Since the Glowup ended, Ashley continues to support Jamar with his new systems.

    Since the Systems Glowup was completed in October 2025, with the support period ending 30 days later, Jamar now sees Ashley as a member of his team. He’s enrolled in her support membership (only available to past clients) so that updates and changes can be made to his custom system as his business grows.
