I’m a total podcast girl. I love listening to inspirational podcasts and learning something new while I’m working, exercising, or driving. They remind me that I’m not alone in my entrepreneurial journey (it can get lonely sometimes!) and motivate me to build the business of my dreams.
From podcasts, I’ve been inspired to launch new products and services and learned how to market my business and how to use tools I now use every day. These are some of my favorite podcasts; I encourage you to check them out! You never know – you might just get your next big business idea 😉
Coffee and Converse is one of my favorite productivity podcasts! Host Diane Mayor touches on topics like work-life balance, focusing on growth activities, boundaries, and delegation. I love her short 10-30 minute segments. They’re condensed, specific topics with helpful tips I can start to implement in my business and life right away.
Do you ever feel like you’re trapped in your never-ending to-do list? Erik Fisher has some tips to help you break free of your to-do list bonds in his podcast, Beyond The To-do List. He and productivity experts share productivity strategies and how to implement them into your routine. The best part is it includes tips for your business and personal life!
I think every entrepreneur has heard of Jenna Kutcher and her podcast, Goal Digger! Jenna started her podcast in 2016, so there are tons of episodes to sort through. She has everything from:
And so much more! She has truly covered every topic under the umbrella of entrepreneurship. Don’t get overwhelmed by how many episodes there are. You don’t have to listen to them in order; just pick some that sound interesting and try it out!
Although She Did It Her Way ended in 2021, the topics are still super valuable! With close to 500 episodes, Amanda has covered a variety of topics. She mainly focuses on productivity hacks, business strategies, and how to become a full-time business owner. There are plenty of episodes to explore and learn something new, but I will say that her productivity episodes are must-listens!
The Tim Ferriss Show interviews famous celebrities, authors, athletes, and influencers to share the tools and routines they use to be successful. Gain an inside look into their lives and learn from their wisdom in each episode! You’ll learn productive morning routines, exercise habits, time management hacks, and more.
Listening to experts always inspires business ideas within me! Every episode of Entrepreneurs on Fire is jam-packed with advice, inspiration, and conversations to make you want to be the best business owner you can be. You’ll never run out of episodes to listen to because it’s updated daily!
Mel Robbins’ podcast, Start Here, features personal stories from her own experiences and her guests. Hearing stories of the struggles and successes of others always inspires me. Her episodes feature relatable topics and research-backed advice to make your business dreams become a reality. Episode categories include:
You can definitely apply the principles she talks about in your business and personal life!
Who doesn’t want to learn how to create passive income sources? Pat Flynn discusses how to create multiple streams of income and build an online business in his podcast, Smart Passive Income. They say millionaires have at least seven streams of income. How many do you have? Learn the possibilities and how you can implement them in your business in this podcast.
Whew! That was a lot of podcast recommendations! I don’t listen to every episode of every podcast I subscribe to. I pick and choose episodes that seem relevant to the problems I’m facing, such as productivity, motivation, business ideas, or marketing. They are a great resource for inspiration and motivation in your business! As I mentioned, you can find time in your day to listen to podcasts while you exercise, drive, or even do chores! It’s all about finding what works for you.
