What service was that client interested in again? Oof, I don’t remember why this person didn’t book…should I reach out? I need to figure out how to track my referral dollars for the year . Tags in Dubsado are such a simple, yet underused feature. I’m here to give you all the deets!
I like to be able to see at a glance, all of the projects in my account that are tied to a specific service. What if you’re running a promotion for past client’s that booked photo booths with you? Or maybe you want to be able to quickly see which services were more popular in the last year.
When I create Dubsado workflows for myself or for my clients, one of the first steps of that service workflow is to add a tag! That way, it’s one less thing you have to do manually when it comes to managing projects.
Did a lead reach out to book a call, and never book? Did someone book a discovery call and not show up? Or maybe you sent a proposal and the lead mentioned now wasn’t a good time, or your pricing what out of their budget right now.
While this type of tagging is manual, I like to be able to identify past lead projects so that I know either – I can possibly follow up in a couple of months to offer a new or discounted service, or if I should archive or delete their project altogether.
